- To prepare your fixed-price quote and, if you go ahead, to schedule and deliver the work.

Enquiry details may be processed through our customer management system so that nothing gets lost. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we never sell your information to anyone.
Legal Basis
We process your information to take steps at your request before entering a contract (preparing a quote), to perform a contract with you (carrying out the work), and for our legitimate interests in running and improving our business (keeping records and responding to you).
Who We Share It With
Only the people needed to deliver your job, for example a Gas Safe registered engineer, structural engineer or other trusted specialist involved in your project. We may also share information where the law requires it. That's the full list.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiry and quote records are kept for as long as they're needed to handle your job and for a reasonable period afterwards: for example so we can honour your workmanship guarantee and meet our tax and accounting obligations. When records are no longer needed, they're deleted securely.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Pages that embed Google Maps may cause Google to set its own cookies when you interact with the map, these are governed by Google's privacy policy.
